A note from Charlotte and Kara.

Hello to all of our valued clients,

We are so excited to get back behind the chair to do what we love. Things might look a little different for a while with new regulations and safety procedures, but never the less we are looking forward to giving our guests the fresh hair they have been missing!

We are sure you have heard by now that Governor Inslee reviewed the 4 Phases of Re-Opening Businesses in WA State and salons, spas and barber shops are currently placed in PHASE 2.

Governor Inslee stated in his most recent press conference that PHASE 2 HAS "NO GUARANTEE" of START DATE. June 1 is a "HOPEFUL DATE" but "NOTHING IS SET IN STONE” We have chosen to wait to rebook our guests until we have a confirmed reopening date. We do not want to jump the gun only to have to put our clients and ourselves through the inconvenience of rebooking all over again.

Once we have a confirmed reopening date we will be reaching out to rebook each of our guests that had appointments booked during our closure. Rebooking will take a significant amount of time as we will have been out of the salon for twelve weeks. We ask for your patience one more time as we work to rescheduled and accommodate missed appointments. Please add the salon phone number and your stylist’s contact information (listed below) to your contacts so you do not miss any updates from us.

During Phase 2 sanitation and disinfection protocol will be elevated to keep clients and providers safe from contagion risk. The following requirements have been outlined by Washington State and tailored to fit our salon for your protection:

o Client must self-screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 before arriving at the service provider location.

o Clients should not plan on bringing other guests with them, unless they are bringing children younger than 16 for an appointment (at the child’s scheduled appointment time.)

o Clients should notify personal service providers via text that they have arrived at the salon location for their appointment, and are waiting for instructions to enter.

o Clients should put on a face mask prior to leaving the vehicle, and they should be prepared to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds prior to starting their service.

o The service provider will wear a clean cape or gown, as well as providing each client with a clean cape or gown. They must be laundered as noted above, or be disposable and thrown away after a single use.

o Payments for service should be through credit or debit cards or a touchless system to reduce the handling of cash.

We will be sharing more information with you as we get it and develop plans for our salon. We value our guests and want everyone to come through this healthy & happy. Thank you so much for your patience, support & understanding and please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

SINCERELY,

Charlotte and Kara
