Two weeks after opening the doors at Bloom, we are so sad to announce that salons are included in Washington’s state wide shut down in order to contain Covid-19. . As salon professionals we cannot maintain the social distancing regulations of a six foot minumim from eachother, and so we close. For now. . I am not sure how long this will last, so we will do the only thing we can; take one day at a time. .
